Khalil Mjahed, DDS, FICOI achieved a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2013 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where he became a member of the Delta Sigma Delta Honor Society. During this time Dr. Mjahed developed a passion for giving back to the community, both locally and globally. He regularly provides free dental examinations and treatments at Mission of Mercy clinics across North Carolina. Dr. Mjahed also had the honor of providing free dental care and education to HIV/AIDS patients and impoverished youth on a mission trip to the African country of Malawi.
Dr. Mjahed has been proud to call North Carolina his home since 2001, when he emigrated from Lebanon. He enjoys trips to the mountains, spending his free time on Lake Norman, as well as participating in local festivals and charity events. He can frequently be found cooking, exercising outdoors, or indulging in his hobbies of photography and hiking.
Dr. Khalil Mjahed has made the commitment to provide the best care possible to his patients. He is passionate about participating in various Continuing Education opportunities that will enable his practice to stay on top of new breakthroughs in dentistry. He understands the importance of a strong doctor-patient relationship that is built on good communication, trust, and quality care.

Dr. Mjahed is a firm believer in using and integrating the best and latest technologies in his dental treatments. He is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He takes more than eighty hours of continuing education classes each year to perform the best possible dental treatments for his patients.
